Stir Cookie's Story

In 1988 Cristina relentlessly asked her mom, "Can I stir?" while making her very first batch of chocolate chip cookies.  Throughout the ye​ars, there were many spills, mess ups and burnt batches, but in the end what was always baked to perfection was her love for creating the best cookies in the world. Decades later while baking with her three children, one of them said... "Mom, can I stir?" and in that moment the bakery earned its name!
